Box office and doors to the theatre open a half hour before a performance start time. The lobby opens one hour prior to performance time. We ask that you utilize this time to purchase refreshments and use the restroom with ample time to return to your seat; please be seated no later than five minutes prior to showtime. The West End Theatre does not guarantee late entry.
The lobby is home to Quintopia Brewing Co. They operate on separate business hours, but are always open for a show. Quintopia is a family-friendly taproom.
The West End Theatre lobby is home to a Quintopia Brewing Co. taproom, open exclusively for shows. Lobby opens an hour prior to show time, offering fresh craft beer, wine, non-alcoholic drinks, fresh popcorn, and space to relax. Restrooms are located in the lobby.
Please utilize these services before showtime and during intermission. Entering/exiting during the run of shows is a distraction to other guests, staff in the light/sound booths, and in many shows, stairs are utilized by actors during scenes. If you need to leave the theatre during the run of a show, please wait until a scene change and utilize the television in the lobby to view the show while you’ve stepped out. Before returning, wait for another scene change before returning to your seat. If this is not feasible, we ask that you remain in the lobby until intermission or the end of the show.
Yes food and drinks are permitted.
Yes! We love to expose students to the magic of theatre! Most of our productions are appropriate for all ages. If a show has mature themes or adult content, there will be a disclosure and recommended age range noted when advertising the play. We do not allow babes in arms.
It’s Quincy! Come as you are! Shoes are required. Layers are recommended.
